Tefan

Tefan was the King of Khodomar during the time of Artur Hawkwing. Along with Queen Nesaline of Caembarin and First Counselor Almindhra of Tova, in the summer of FY 943, Tefan moved his armies into Shandalle against Hawkwing. The reasons why they did this were unclear but some sources speculate that it was due to fear of a man who would not submit to White Tower law and who refused an audience with Bonwhin, the Amyrlin Seat. Hawkwing fought back and by the end of FY 943 he had conquered half of Tova, as well as large parts of Caembarin and Khodomar.
