Yuril is a man from Seanchan; Tuon's secretary and her Hand, commanding her Seekers for Truth. He has a sharp nose.
He journeys with Tuon to the Westlands on the Victory of Kidron. (Reference: Winter's Heart, Chapter 14).
He is by her side when she meets with Rand (TGS, Ch. 35).
