Mil Tesen is a grizzled peddler who comes across the [[Younglings]] when leading his pack-mule through [[Cairhien (Nation)|Cairhien]].

He calls himself Old Mil.

He claims there is no better price for the small things he carries in ten miles.

He tells [[Gawyn]] that [[Rand]] has now taken over [[Andor]] and that rumor says he killed Queen [[Morgase]] and probably [[Elayne]], too.
