Mil Tesen is a grizzled peddler who comes across the Younglings when leading his pack-mule through Cairhien.
He calls himself Old Mil.
He claims there is no better price for the small things he carries in ten miles.
He tells Gawyn that Rand has now taken over Andor and that rumor says he killed Queen Morgase and probably Elayne, too.
