Turkey Tator Tot Casserole aka Tar Valon Gold Crown Casserole (because the tots look like gold crowns!)
Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground turkey
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 medium yellow onion, diced (I've also added chopped celery and other veggies)
1/2 package Ore Ida Crispy Crowns
1 cup Kraft cheddar or colby cheese
Directions
Brown one pound of ground turkey in a pan. When completed add dice onions until they are mostly cooked. Combine turkey and onions with cream of mushroom soup and cream of celery soup (don't add water). Pour mixture into a 9 X 13 pan. Top with crispy crowns and cheese. Bake in oven according to temperature and time denoted on the crispy crown package. * Usually about 20-25 minutes on 400 degrees.
