General

Berana is a Sitter for the White Ajah chosen in Salidar. She stands for declaring war against Elaida (TPoD, Ch. 19). She is one of the Sitters whom Siuan pointed out as being too young. She reacts with icy cool to the fact that "talks with Elaida have been licensed". She stands for an agreement with the Black Tower (CoT, Ch. 19).

Berana has big brown eyes as cold as snow (CoT, Ch. 19).

In the discussion about the involvement with the Black Tower, Berana points out that absolute rationality is needed in negotiations with the Black Tower (CoT, Ch. 20).

She agrees with Egwene's plans to seize every Aes Sedai and make them re-swear the oaths (TGS, Ch. 43). She steps down after the Tower is re-unified (ToM, Ch. 27).
