General
Carlomin is a young Tairen lord. He is tall and slender and wears a pointed beard (TSR, Ch. 2).
He is honored to be among the handful of nobles that Mat likes (KoD, Ch. 26).
Timeline
- He is playing cards with Baran, Edorion, Estean, Mat, and Reimon before Mat's cards come to life and try to kill him (TSR, Ch. 2).
- He leads the Fourth Squadron of the Band of the Red Hand; they call themselves Carlomin's Leopards. He and the other captains ready their troops to leave for Tear (LoC, Ch. 5).
- He is with the Band in a forest in Altara when Mat, Tuon, and the others join them. He tells Tuon that Mat dislikes most nobles (KoD, Ch. 26).
