Cian is a woman Siuan knew when she lived in Tear, before she went to the White Tower. She was fat.
When Nynaeve and Siuan fight in Tel'aran'rhiod, Siuan starts to giggle, and says that all they need now is Cian to appear to snatch Siuan up by the ear and to tell her that girls don't fight.
Siuan once heard that she knocked down a drunken printer, though she doesn't know why.
