General

Coy is the leader of a band of fifty brigands in Kandor. He is of a dirty appearance with his grizzled and greasy hair and a narrow, unshaven face as well as a gap-toothed grin.

He threatens Lan, Bukama, Moiraine, and Ryne on their way to Chachin, although one of his allies dissuaded him from doing so, because he believes that Moiraine is a Green sister with her three Warders. Before they can start a real fight, Moiraine drives them off with the One Power.
