The Prophet of the Dragon is following Perrin. Selande tells Perrin that Masuri Sedai is visiting Masema in the night. Balwer thinks that Masema is making deals with Whitecloaks. The Two Rivers men in the camp are angry at Perrin. The cause of this is not explained. The camp begins readying to move on.
