General
Norley is an Asha'man of unknown rank who helps in capturing Toveine Gazal and her party (TPoD, Ch. 26). He is a short, thick waisted Cairhienin (ToM, Ch. 46, ToM, Ch. 56) with an open, inviting smile that makes no one ever suspect him of spying (ToM, Ch. 56). After Logain takes the majority of the loyal trained men, Norley is one of the few loyal men remaining (ToM, Ch. 46).
He tells Androl that Mezar is no longer himself, but a shell of a man. Androl asks him to arrange to have the loyal men moved into a shared barracks (ToM, Ch. 56).
