Dag Coplin is a wrinkled old man from Emond's Field in the Two Rivers, Andor. He has gray hair that he does not wash very often. He tries to use Loise's age to pass off second rate wool, but gives in when she stands up to him and suggests bringing her parents into it (TEotW, Ravens Prologue). According to Ewin Finngar, Dag Coplin, along with Darl, Ewal and Hari Coplin and Wit Congar, drift naturally toward anything that makes trouble for anyone else. He goes with Luc to tell the Whitecloaks they are not welcome in Emond’s Field (TSR, Ch. 43).
