General
Dalthanes of House Annallin is a Cairhienin lord who supported Colavaere's bid for the Sun Throne (TPoD, Ch. 21).
Rand summons him to help in the attack on the Seanchan (TPoD, Ch. 21). Dalthanes fights with Gregorin and Sunamon during the last battle with the Seanchan (TPoD, Ch. 24).
