General
This Department was one of the largest and was one of the most diverse. It existed to invent, implement, and maintain community building programs and services. It was dissolved in April 2011.
History
Formed in March 2007, when the Department of Membership Services was split into the Department of Community Development and the Department of Real Life Services. It was disolved in March 2011.
