Dhael is an Aiel who crossed the Dragonwall in search of He Who Comes With The Dawn.

Dhael is among the Aiel who rescue Egwene, Elayne, and Nynaeve when they are captured by brigands. Upon being rescued, Nynaeve asks Aviendha how they knew where to find them. Aviendha responds that she had followed the three, and when she saw that they were unable to help themselves, she sent for help. Aviendha knew where Coram was, and he knew where Dhael and Luaine were, and they knew where Rhuarc was.
