General

Dhearic is the clan chief of the Reyn Aiel. He is husky, blue-eyed, and almost as tall as Rand, with a prominent nose and pale streaks in his golden hair (TFoH, Ch. 20; LoC, Ch. 4).

He is contemptuous of the Shaido abandoning the ways of ji'e'toh (TFoH, Ch. 20).

Timeline

  • Rand tells the clan chiefs that their clans are not to take any more than the fifth while in Cairhien. Anyone who does will hang (TFoH, Ch. 23).
