Friday

• 17:00 - 18:00: Arrival & Check‐in
• 18:00: Welcome, Health and Safety Brief and Outreach Information
• 20:00: Dinner, Official Toast

Saturday

Morning

• 09:30 - 10:30: Breakfast
• 10:30 - 12:00: Swordform lessons with Heron Tallamand

Afternoon

• 12:30 - 13:30: Lunch
• 13:30 - 14:30: Euro Party Beach Olympics - Round 1. Rebuild the Tower
  • Four teams got 45 minutes to create their own original, Aes Sedai- and Seanchan-attack-worthy sandcastle Tower.
• 14:30 - 15:30: Outreach activities
  • Raffle, book outreach, water balloons
• 15:30: Euro Party Beach Olympics: Round 2. Tower-Kubb
  • The Swedish Kubb game was turned into a fight between the good protagonists and Forsaken with our lovely Tower in the middle.

Evening

• 19:00: Costume change
• 19:00 - 20:00: BBQ Preparations
• 20:00: BBQ

Sunday

• 10:00 - 11:00: Breakfast
• 11:00 - 12:00: Cleaning
• 12:00: Official Departure
