  • 12PM – Welcome Committee members begin to arrive at the hotel
  • 3PM – Official check-in Begins
  • 9PM – Opening Ceremonies

Saturday

  • 6PM – Cocktail Hour
  • 7PM – Dinner Served

Sunday

  • 10AM – Hotel Checkout
  • 11AM – Farewell Brunch (location TBD)
