The Feast of Lights is a festival at TarValon.Net that corresponds to the festival Feast of Lights in the Wheel of Time books, around the winter solstice. Typically a site-wide fundraiser channels resources toward a single charity or organization. However sometimes, members are encouraged to seek community service opportunities at local groups instead, in the spirit of the festival.

At the Fall 2012 Admin Meeting it was decided to discontinue the Feast of Lights as a freeweek. Up until then, the community groups were encouraged to have themed decoration of avatars, though the avatars could not be replaced entirely.
