Helping Hands is for helping others in non-emergency situations. It is an ongoing thing, and not specifically tied to any time of the year or event.

Examples of Helping Hands include: fundraiser for furniture purchase after everything was lost in a flood, assisting a person in relocating after leaving an abusive situation, food and clothing assistance.
