Jaim Dawtry is a man from the Two Rivers in Andor. He is mentioned during Egwene's Accepted test when Rand tells Egwene that, according to Jaim Dawtry, there is odd news from Baerlon; he claims that there is some big war taking up most of the world, and that everyone is fighting someone named the Shawkin or Sanchan or something like that. Rand thinks that Jaim sounded like a Coplin, spreading rumors (TDR, Ch. 22). He joins Perrin's army and is seen guarding his tent (ToM, Ch. 24).
