Juric is one of Bair's gai'shain.

Bair tells Egwene and the other Wise Ones that Juric and Beira, two of her gai'shain, have refused to put off the white even though they have served their time as gai'shain. She has beaten them until her arm wearies, but no matter how many times she tells them to put off the white, they are back in their white robes before sunset.
