Liale Mosrara is a woman from Tarabon who is now living in the Two Rivers. She claims to be a master carpet weaver and to know the making of rug looms.

She is wiry and has a narrow face and pale hair that is worn in the typical Taraboner fashion of thin braids.

Liale petitions Faile to be able to start a carpet-weaving business in the Two Rivers when she arrives as a refugee from Tarabon. Faile gives her permission; if Liale claims more skill than she has, her enterprise won't last long, but if she is as skilled as she claims, the carpets will be another trade item to bring more coin into the Two Rivers. Liale promises the first and finest of her carpets to Faile for her and Perrin's manor.
