Lost in Tar Valon
Author: Zara Ravenwood
I woke up early today.
Yawned like an out stretched eagle's talon.
Went for a walk outside my room,
Well I must have taken a wrong turn down that hall,
And now I'm lost in Tar Valon.
Lost in Tar Valon
Lost in Tar Valon
I walked down a marble corridor.
Climbed up five flights of stairs.
Looked for the lavatory, oh, what a shock!
Thank the Light my Mother taught me to knock!
And now I'm lost in Tar Valon.
Lost in Tar Valon
Lost in Tar Valon
I was down in the basement two hours past noon.
Back in the Pigeon Loft.
And Sun's setting soon.
I went through the kitchens to find the Garden door.
Oh Light, I don't think I can take much more!
And now I'm lost in Tar Valon.
Lost in Tar Valon
Lost in Tar Valon
The Wheel weaves as the Wheel wills.
And the Wheel of Time is woven around Tar Valon.
But someone has been pulling those warp threads too tight.
Did I turn left when I shoud have turned right?
And it happens EVERY bloody night-
That I get lost in Tar Valon.
And now I'm lost in Tar Valon.
Lost in Tar Valon.
Somebody help me, please! (spoken)
I'm lost in the White Tower of Tar Valon. (all together)
