At TarValon.Net, we are Servants of All, but the Tower does not run by itself, and it takes a dedicated staff to keep everything running smoothly. Once you become a Citizen, you are eligible to serve on staff in every department that keeps us running. The Departments are:
- Department of Community Outreach
- Department of Events
- Department of Marketing
- Department of Membership
- Department of Research and Records
- Department of Technology
Each of these departments have staff positions, such as writing for the TarValon Times, moderating our forums, organising our free weeks and many more
