General

Mabriam en Shereed was the Queen of Aramaelle circa 209 AB. She was also an Aes Sedai, most likely of the Gray Ajah due to the way Merana Ambrey thinks of her name (TWoRJTWoT; ACoS, Ch. 19). She was ta'veren (TFoH, Ch. 3).

Mabriam played a large part in bringing about the Compact of the Ten Nations. She also signed the Compact on behalf of Aramaelle (TWoRJTWoT).

Miscellaneous

  • In "The World of Robert Jordan's "The Wheel of Time"", her name is given as Mabrian em Shareed.

Quotes

"It was supposed to be a grand thing; all the ta'veren Mat had been able to learn about had been men like Artur Hawkwing, or women like Mabriam en Shereed, who stories said had founded the Compact of the Ten Nations after the Breaking." (Mat; The Fires of Heaven, Chapter 3).
