Mairin Gome is the owner of a menagerie and traveling circus, one of fifteen that camps around Samara. She sets up her show close to Luca's, with a sign saying "MAIRIN GOME" which seems to work, as hers and Luca's are the two Nynaeve sees with the biggest crowds.
