Masuto is a Shienaran soldier. He has a long nose.
He was one of the men who were sent forth to bring back the Horn of Valere (TGH, Ch. 9), even though he was not directly mentioned at the time.
He cooks a meal and grins at Min and Perrin, because he thinks they are sweethearts (TDR, Ch. 2).
