Micara is a Shaido Wise One. She can channel.

She is young and pretty. She has red hair, a delicate mouth and intent blue eyes.

Micara is one of the Wise Ones who is with Therava when a captured Galina is brought to Sevanna. Although Micara isn't truly a weak channeler, she is the weakest among the Wise Ones with Sevanna. She holds the shield on Galina as a sign of disdain. Galina could break the shield with little effort, but remembers what happened when she tried to escape before.

As Galina is led away, Micara makes it plain to Galina that she is not to go anywhere she is not told to go, nor speak unless spoken to.
