Mistress al'Caar is a woman from the Two Rivers in Andor. She is Tod al'Caar's mother.

According to Perrin, she likely used tales of men who can channel to frighten Tod in his childhood.

She lets her son leave the Two Rivers only because it is considered an honor to follow "Lord Perrin Goldeneyes."
