Murel

Murel is a Seanchan soldier who tried to force his way into Luca's circus without paying. He is stopped and claims that the circus folk said he had to pay more than usual on account of being a soldier of the Empire, but Mat is able to say what actually happened. He is confined to camp for ten days and docked ten days pay. He has eyes as tilted as any Saldaeans, but with honey skin.
