Mutch is a wiry Andoran stableman who works at the Stag and Lion inn in Baerlon (TEotW, Ch. 13).

Rand is suspicious of Mutch and thinks he will tell the first person to ask when Rand and company left the inn and where they are headed (TEotW, Ch. 17).
