General
Negaine is an Aes Sedai of the Brown Ajah who is aligned with Elaida’s Aes Sedai.
When Beonin returns to the White Tower, Negaine and Felaana find her wandering around the Tower, disguised as a noblewoman or a prosperous merchant, who wishes an audience with the Amyrlin. Negaine and Felaana bring Beonin to Elaida (KoD, Ch. 2).
She is in the Brown Halls when the section she is in is swapped with the novice quarters (TGS, Ch. 6).
