Nelavaire Demasiellin is an Aes Sedai of the Green Ajah.
She remained with the Tower during the split and later bonded Naeff. Rand considered her relatively pleasant by Aes Sedai standards. When Naeff is Healed of his madness, his first action is to seek her out (ToM, Ch. 15).
