The Oval Lecture Hall is a room in the White Tower where Tamra informs the Accepted of the bounty to be paid to any woman who had recently given birth during the Aiel War. It has a gently domed ceiling with a wide scrollwork crown running beneath and rows of polished benches, probably enough to seat a couple of hundred people. There is a dais at the front for speaking.
