Rajabi is a bull necked Domani noble with a temperament to match who joined the Dragonsworn (CoT, Prologue)). When Rodel Ituralde offers not to move against them until the Seanchan are no longer a threat to Arad Doman, he quickly agrees and offers his support. he becomes an enthusiastic supporter of Rodel and believes that Rodel could beat the second army the Seanchan gather. He is with Rodel when Rand comes to see him (TGS, Ch. 10).
