Congratulations to the winners of the 2021 Robert Jordan Memorial Scholarship, Andrew and Madeana! The winners were selected from 25 submissions, and you can read their essays (as well as past years’ winners) in our Library here.


The announcement was posted on Sunday at TarValon.Net, and includes thank you notes from both recipients.


The scholarship program began in 2006, to financially support students pursuing degrees of higher learning with a one-time gift. Including this year’s awards, there have been 22 recipients. Applicants are asked the question: “How do you plan to use your education in a way that exemplifies being a Servant of All?” Recipients are chosen by the Hall of the Tower, a body of members representing the TarValon.Net community.


The application process typically opens in the spring, in order to award scholarship funds prior to August 1st, and is open to members and non-members of TarValon.Net.
