Rovair is one of the High Lord Darlin's retainers in the rebel camp. He is a stout Tairen.
High Lord Darlin makes Rovair give up his mount for Tomas Trakand (Rand) when they meet him outside the rebel camp. He has to walk back and the other retainers think it will do him good.
