Sedrin a'Conlin is the son of the Lady Meri do Ahlan a'Conlin. He was born about a week before Gitara Moroso spoke her Foretelling announcing the Dragon's rebirth, so he must be Rand's age now.
His mother let his name be written down to claim the Tower's bounty of one hundred gold crowns.
For all Moiraine knows about babies, she thinks that Sedrin could be anywhere between ten days and two months.
