Serinia is an Aes Sedai of unknown Ajah. When Jesamyn failed to report from Caemlyn, Elayne sent her there to learn what had happened. She returned to tell Elayne the city had been overrun by Trollocs. As she was sent to Caemlyn, it is likely she is strong enough to Travel, though it is possible she had to link with one of the Kin.
She takes her name from TarValon.Net member, Serinia Edoras.
