Shalon din Togara Morning Tide is a Sea Folk Windfinder to Clan Shodein. She is Harine's sister, pretty and young looking, with eight earrings (ACoS, Ch. 34).

Relationships

Her sister, Harine is clan Wavemistress (WH, Ch. 13). She is much older than Harine and was charged with raising her along with her own child (WH, Ch. 23). They are close, but are very conscious of their different ranks and have not been particularly friendly since before Harine was made sailmistress (WH, Ch. 24).

Her husband isMishael (WH, Ch. 23).

She has a brief relationship with Ailil Riatin (WH, Ch. 13).
