Shanna'har is a festival that is held in the early summer in Saldaea every year to celebrate another year with your husband or wife, another year of neither wife nor husband falling to Trollocs. Couples are told to savor their first shanna'har like they would the first taste of a succulent meal. Faile celebrates shanna'har with Perrin but does it in a non-traditional fashion, incorporating a little bit of the Two Rivers way by taking Perrin out onto a hilltop alone and spending the night with each other.
