Taisa is a dark-eyed Seanchan sul'dam who wears the stereotypical dark blue dress of a sul'dam.
She holds Pura's leash while Suroth questions her about how the White Tower controls the Dragon Reborn.
When Pura tries to touch Suroth, Alwhin orders Taisa to punish Pura and then report to Surela for punishment herself.
