The Longest Time
Author: Zara Ravenwood
Oh, oh, oh, oh, for the longest time
Oh, oh, oh, for the longest
If they'd just stop pestering me tonight
Then I could actually sit down and write
What else could I do, I'm only on chapter two
This book takes the longest time
Once I thought my audience was gone
Now I know that The Wheel of Time goes on
That's where inspiration found me, and now it pours out of me
But still, this book takes the longest time
Oh, oh, oh, oh, for the longest time
Oh, oh, oh, for the longest
Your voice that says when you call
"A miracle if your finish at all"
But that's not how it will be oo, if I can get though chapter two
But still it will take the longest time
You say this takes too long
But when the plot feels right, who cares how long?
Maybe I've been thinking too hard
But it's gone wonderful so
isn't *that* what you hope for?
Who knows how much further we'll go on
But we'll both be sorry when it's gone
I'll take my chances, just see how nice the rest is
Still this book takes the longest time
You been there since the start
And you know all my words by heart
Now I know it's completed this far
It's wonderful so far
And it's more than you hoped for
I don't care what consequence it brings
I have learned not to rush things
I'm trying so bad, still I think you ought to know that
I intend to take the longest time
Oh, oh, oh, oh, for the longest time
Oh, oh, oh, for the longest time
Oh, oh, oh...
