There are some individuals most people seem to like. Everything you hear about them is positive; they're smart, resourceful, active, willing to help, responsible, kind...the list goes on and on. Among these individuals are the Keeper of the Tower, Dralyn Montsier, but unlike many of her peers?
TarValon.Net reveals the shocking truth; Dralyn Montsier is not at all the good person she pretends to be and is perceived as - she is a unscrupulous woman with high ambitions that she's willing to walk across bodies to achieve. Her ambition? To become Amyrlin herself. May the Light keep and protect Eleyan al'Landerin, the Watcher of the Seals, the Amyrlin Seat!
How, do you ask, have the TarValon Times uncovered this information, and why is it that this article is anonymous? Does that not speak volumes about the credibility of the article? Well, dear reader, usually this reporter would agree with you. However, when the truth uncovered is so grave, and touches on the integrity of the second most powerful person in our little and usually so friendly community...Why, putting one's name on something like this might well be a suicide note. It says volumes of the courage of Sela Sedai, the Editor-in-Chief, that she was willing to publish this article right off the bat. Hopefully, she will not come to regret it.
Any good reporter has solid proof when presenting accusations so grave, and so, naturally, do I. This proof is available for all of you to see, so I will merely give you the pointers needed to find the information for yourselves. All in the name of service to this great community, of course.
The first piece of evidence can be summed up in two words; Member Manuals. Who do you think have written these them? Mother herself? No; they are all influenced and kept under the control of her closest ally and enemy, all in one; Dralyn Montsier. These Member Manuals might not seem that important; they are, after all, secondary to the Bylaws, yes? Well, yes they are. However, while the Bylaws draw up the truly big lines of our Community and where it's going, it's by the Member Manuals the tender minds of our younger members especially will be formed. And those are, tragically, in the hands of someone who would be an usurper of the true Amyrlin Seat. For proof that the Keeper controls the Member Manuals, simply check Site Announcements; she is the one posting the threads.
Secondly, and linked to the first, there's the Chain of Command. See, this Community is set up so that each of the Directors are to report to Dralyn Montsier if something is amiss, rather than to the Amyrlin. This happens, of course, under the noble guise of wanting to give our Mother the time to deal with 'more important things'; in reality, though, trusted sources report that this system is set up to make sure the Amyrlin does not get information that could defeat her ultimate cause, absolute power. For more details on the Chain of Command, readers are encouraged to check out – again – the Member Manuals. Which, to repeat that one more time, is monitored and controlled by the woman in whom Mother so woefully have placed her trust.
Our third piece of evidence is somewhat more circumspect in nature; someone bent on defending the despicable woman who is by many seen as the second greatest Aes Sedai – in the literal sense, ‘Servant of All’. Such people might think of the following pieces of evidence as merely circumstantial, and as such endow them less weight than what they should have. However, readers, the TVT trusts our readers not to make this potentially Tower-breaking mistake. Despite the set-up of the Chain of Command it is rumored – the kind of rumor that few believe and even fewer admit to believing – that a specific group of lower-level Administrators are repeatedly contacting the Keeper even when it according to the Chain of Command would have been natural that these Administrators direct their questions to their Director. However, not only does Dralyn Montsier accept this; rumors are she even encourages it and in some cases have ‘suggested’ to her (hopefully) small coterie to completely by-pass their Directors. As of yet the TVT has been unable to locate anyone willing to name any of these Administrators or step forward as one of them, but in the interest of the Light and truth, the search will go on. We do not know yet what she is doing down in the old, restricted vaults that have been untouched for centuries, but yes; that too will be investigated in due course. In the mean time, dear reader, please mind your steps and be wary of things that are not as they should be.
