WHITE Chocolate Cupcakes

125g butter
2½ dl sugar (I used 1dl brown sugar 1½ dl WHITE sugar but whatever mix you fancy is fine)
3 eggs
2 tsp vanillin sugar
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
5 dl flour
1 dl milk (I used 1.5% lactose free)
roughly 3dl raspberries
50-75g WHITE chocolate
Mix butter & sugar. Add eggs - one at a time.
Mix the other dry stuff in a separate bowl (add half of the chocolate to this mix, cut in small chunks).
Add dry stuff to the egg, butter and sugar mix.
Add milk.
Add the raspberries last, stir carefully. (I usually go with half defrosted raspberries, so some of them break but the majority stays whole. Do as you like here.)
18-20 minutes in the oven at 200º.
Sprinkle the rest of the chocolate on top while they're still warm
