Wat is a member of the Band of the Red Hand who goes with Mat to Ebou Dar. He has narrow eyes and is from Andor (ACOS: 28).

Timeline

• Mat, Wat and the other Redarms leave Salidar with Elayne, Nynaeve, Birgitte, Aviendha and the others (LOC: 44).

• Upon arriving in Ebou Dar, Mat, Wat and the rest of the Redarms take rooms in The Wandering Woman inn (LOC: 47).

• Mat and the Redarms move into the Tarasin Palace; later that same day, Wat takes a turn watching the house of the Kin along with Harnan (ACOS: 28).

• Wat and the Redarms go along with Mat to the Rahad to recover the Bowl of Winds; he is killed by the gholam in the fighting (ACOS: 38).
