General
Yuril is a man from Seanchan. He is Tuon's secretary and her Hand, commanding her Seekers for Truth. He has a sharp nose.
He journeys with Tuon to the Westlands on the Victory of Kidron (Winter's Heart, Chapter 14).
He is by her side when she meets with Rand (TGS, Ch. 35).
