General
Belinde is a skinny Shaido Wise One (ACoS, Prologue). She has bony fingers and sun-bleached eyebrows (ACoS, Ch. 20). Her face is narrow and foxlike; her hair is bleached nearly white by the sun (TPoD, Ch. 11).
Timeline
- Belinde fights at Dumai's Wells and manages to make it through alive (ACoS, Prologue).
- Belinde is there when Sevanna and the Wise Ones use the callbox to summon Sammael/Caddar; she figures out that the callbox must be drawing on the male half of the Power as well (ACoS, Ch. 20).
- Belinde tortures Galina by, among other things, pouring a burning powder all over her body; Belinde is present when Therava seizes some power back from Sevanna (TPoD, Ch. 11).
- Therava and Belinde catch Galina trying to escape from them; they force her to journey back to the Aiel Waste with them after Perrin defeats Sevanna's band of Shaido (KoD, Ch. 30).
