General
Chisen is a General in the Ever Victorious Army of Seanchan (KoD, Ch. 34).
Banner-General Gamel Loune tells Banner-General Furyk Karede that Chisen is taking his army back through the Malvide Narrows to help against the troublesome Band of the Red Hand (KoD, Ch. 34).
Upon meeting the Band of the Red Hand, Karede threatens Thom and Mat that he and his men are going to pin him until Chisen arrives unless they leave Tuon to him. According to him, Chisen and his hundred thousand men are two days away and when they arrive, the Band will be slaughtered. Mat, however, knows from his scouts that the army is heading the wrong way and already is five days away (KoD, Ch. 36).
Lunal Galgan receives a report that Chisen still has not found "whoever created that little mess in the north", probably referring to Rodel Ituralde's attacks in Arad Doman (KoD, Epilogue).
